How I found my agent
Crunching the numbers paid off for Camperdown home owner Tanya Mercer, who ran a statistical analysis to decide which agent would sell her property.
Putting her UTS statistics studies to work, Tanya compared sales results of 250 properties in the blocks surrounding her home. Pitting local agents against each other, she found Urbane Property to be a stand-out performer for homes in a similar category to hers.
The statistics guided Tanya’s decision to list her unrenovated three-bedroom pad with us, and she was delighted with the result when it settled last September. “It was definitely the right decision for us – we were really happy and got more than we’d hoped for,” she says.
