I‘ve grown up in the Inner West – the area has definitely seen big changes in the time I have been here and it is exciting to see where it will go in the future.
Property management has sometimes lagged behind in terms of innovation but it is fast catching up, with new technologies and different trends and attitudes toward the industry and investing. Our team ethos is to cultivate new ideas, and question everything, even if it goes against the grain. It’s about championing individuality and empowering people in order to bring progress and value.
As a Property Manager, my philosophy is to focus on relationships. At Urbane we value people and work to break down the barriers between tenants, agents and landlords. The relationships we have with all our stakeholders; clients, new and old, our tenants, and the local community are the reason we’re able to do what we do so well. Providing a positive experience and having our clients recognise the depth of service we provide is really rewarding.
I believe you only get out what you put in. If you are not trying to improve then it is too easy to become stagnant and complacent. Progress is what we do best at Urbane.
