I’ve lived and worked in the inner west for almost 20 years now and have a strong connection to the area. I love its bohemian, artsy, sometimes gritty, food rich, lifestyle buzz. Properties (particularly in the inner west) have always been a passion of mine, I love the architecture, the history, the ways in which modern renovations have enhanced period homes and how completely modern renovations sit beautifully beside historical homes.
I’ve been with Urbane for almost 10 years and I am now the first point of contact for new business and oversee the property management team. While property management has allowed me to appreciate the architecture and the culture of the inner west, what actually drives me is the connection to the people. The long-standing relationships that are built and the trust that is placed on us given that we are looking after someone’s most valuable asset, or the place they call home, is one of the most rewarding things about my job. Understanding our clients is key in delivering the best experience.
What I love about working with Urbane is the people it has attracted – intelligent, passionate ethical personalities who take pleasure in what they do and like to strive to do it well. I like that we don’t try and fit into a mould, rather we question, re-define and push the envelope in regards to what can be achieved.
Along with our team of agents at Urbane, I’m proud to be one of only a handful of Liveability Real Estate Specialists in the Inner West. This qualification authorises me to appraise many Liveability Features of your property that could offer potential renters the benefits of reduced running costs and increased comfort.
I’m here to answer any of your property management questions.
