Having Urbane carry out the building and pest survey, so potential buyers could access was a great strategy, and a time saver for potential buyers and us (only having one inspector visit throughout the whole process was very handy).
From the very start we felt comfortable with the expected price, however thanks to the skills of Charles and his team we achieved a great result (beyond anything we ever expected).
