Billy, Oxford St Newtown

“Despite not selling or buying in the Inner West for a decade we knew who the perfect person was to sell our house. His reputation as the best is well known even if you don’t deal in real estate, and our decision to not even consider anyone but Charles was repaid. From the first moment we met through to the auction, he was extremely professional, with a friendly nature. Nothing was left to chance, from the (free) use of their in-house stylist, to contracts, surveys and everything in between. Having Urbane carry out the building and pest survey, so potential buyers could access was a great strategy, and a time saver for potential buyers and us (only having one inspector visit throughout the whole process was very handy). From the very start we felt comfortable with the expected price, however thanks to the skills of Charles and his team we achieved a great result (beyond anything we ever expected). We couldn’t recommend Charles highly enough. He’s very competitive with fees/commissions etc, however way above average in his delivery. Priceless you might say!”
